How do engagements work?

Two models: fixed-scope projects and monthly retainers. Projects fit defined builds like a migration or a new theme. Retainers fit ongoing work where priorities shift. A project can roll into a retainer when the work continues.

How do you scope timelines?

We scope from your actual requirements, not a template. After a discovery call you get a written estimate with the assumptions behind it. If scope changes mid-project, we re-estimate in the open.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything we build lives in your store and your repositories. If we part ways, you keep a working store and a codebase any Shopify developer can pick up.

How do we communicate during a project?

Directly with the engineers doing the work. You get a shared channel, updates in plain language, and calls when they help. Reviews happen on preview links you can open, not screenshots.

What happens after launch?

Support retainers cover fixes, platform updates, performance, and new features, with the same team that built the store. One-off support is available too.

Do you work with existing stores?
